Riga Gold and squid ink pasta.
Whatever you're doing, stop. Get in your car and go to Pacific Food Importers in Seattle (you be the judge of the pleasure/mileage ratio) and buy Riga Gold Smoked Sprats (sardines.) Unless you're a vegetarian. If you're not, while you're there get some squid ink pasta (it's black!)
